ميكروسوفت تستحوذ على شركة يونانية بمبلغ 100 مليون يورو في اكبر عملية الكترونية بتاريخ اليونان
عرب اليونان – أعلنت الشركة الامريكية الأشهر في العالم ميكروسوفت عن أكبر عملية شراء لشركة إلكترونية يونانية في تاريخ اليونان بالإستحواذ على شركة Softomotive اليوونانية في صفقة بلغت ما يقارب 100 مليون يورو.
وكانت الشركة اليونانية Softomotive قد تأسست في المملة المتحدة(بريطانيا) عام 2005 تحت إدارة ماريوس ستافروبولوس وأصبحت الشركة اليونانية من برى الشركات الرائدة في عملية أتمتة العمليات الروبوتية والذكاء الإصطناعي.
وتقول المصادر أن السعر الذي دفعته شكلاة ميكروسوفت Microsoft لشراء الشركة المملوكة لليونان هو أكثر من 100 مليون يورو ، وأن أهم عنصر في هذا الاستحواذ هو أن عملاق تكنولوجي مثل Microsoft قد اختار توسيع نطاق أتمتة العمليات الآلية عبر تقنيات شركة سوفتوموتيف.
تدرك كاثيميريني أن مجلس إدارة شركة Softomotive قد لعب دورًا في عملية الاستحواذ: وذلك لأن شركة الاستثمار البريطانية Grafton Capital التي استثمرت 25 مليون دولار في Softomotive في عام 2018 ، قامت بتعيين Guy Berruyer ، رجل الأعمال الفرنسي الذي كان الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة Sage ، أحد أكبر شركات البرمجيات الأوروبية ، كرئيس لشركة Softomotive العام الماضي.
