المكاسب التي حققتها افريقيا من منظمة الدعوة الاسلامية
ماذا كسبت أفريقيا من منظمة الدعوة الإسلامية؟؟

خصصت المقال الأول من هذه السلسلة للإجابة عن سؤال ماذا خسر السودان جراء عداوته لمنظمة الدعوة الإسلامية، وحاولت دون تفصيل خشية التطويل الإشارة لأهم الخسائر المادية والإجتماعية التي تكبدها المجتمع والدولة السودانية إثر قرار إلغاء نشاط المنظمة في السودان.
نحاول في هذا المقال الإجابة عن سؤال ماذا كسبت إفريقيا من عمل منظمة الدعوة الإسلامية خلال عمرها الذي بلغ الأربعين منذ تأسيسها في العام 1980.
المعلوم أن المنظمة اتخذت من القارة السمراء موطنا لغالب نشاطها ، فصارت بذلك المنظمة الأوسع انتشارا وعطاء في القارة بوجودها في 40 دولة أفريقية عبر بعثات ومكاتب وممثليات في معظم دول القارة جنوب الصحراء.
فياترى ماهى المكاسب بلغة الحقائق والأرقام؟؟
1/فيما أرى إن من أهم مكاسب المنظمة أنها إستطاعت أن تبني علاقة تعارف وتعاون بين مجتمعات العرب والمسلمين والمجتمعات الأفريقية .
صحيح أن العلاقات التجارية والإجتماعية قائمة بين بلاد العرب والمسلمين منذ أزل التاريخ ، ولكن الصحيح أيضا إن هذه العلاقات أقل بكثير مما ينبغي أن تكون إليه بالنظر إلى المعطيات التاريخية والجغرافية والثقافية والإجتماعية بين العرب وأفريقيا.
عرف الإسلام طريقه إلى إفريقيا قبل أن يصل حتى إلى المدينة المنورة، دعك من بلاد الشام والعراق ومصر واليمن.
فقد هاجر أصحاب سيدنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم باكرا إلى بلاد الحبشة، تحت حماية ملكها العادل النجاشي رضى الله عنه. وكان فيهم كبار الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم، منهم سيدنا عثمان بن عفان وجعفر الطيار وبنت الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم.
نمت تلك البذرة المباركة حتى وصل عدد المسلمين في القارة الإفريقية نحو 600 مليون مسلم أو يزيد.
مثلت منظمة الدعوة الإسلامية بحق جسر للعمل الإنساني والدعوي بين المجتمعين العربي والافريقي.
وأتاحت فرصة ثمينة للعرب وأهل الخليج خاصة أن يجدوا مؤسسة ذات صدقية وخبرة ميدانية مكنتها من الإحاطة باحتياجات المجتمعات الأفريقية خاصة الفقيرة منها.
و تمكنت المنظمة بفضل تلك الميزات من لفت أنظار آلاف المحسنين العرب لجملة التحديات الإنسانية والدعوية في القارة السمراء.
نظمت لبعض هؤلاء المحسنين رحلات يقفون فيها بأعينهم على مقدار ونوع الإحتياجات.
وشاركت آخرين المعلومات التي توفرها بعثاتها المنتشرة وخبرتها الطويلة في قضايا القارة.
وبلورت معهم مشروعات متنوعة في مجالات التعليم والصحة والرعاية الاجتماعية والدعوة وكفالة اليتامى وتخفيف حدة الفقر والاغاثة والإطعام، ونحو ذلك من مجالات العمل الإنساني.
ما أنجزته المنظمة في إفريقيا كان نتاج هذه الشراكة المتينة التي بنيت بالثقة والتفاعل وتقاسم الهموم لصالح إنسان إفريقيا.
أثمرت هذه الشراكة المباركة مئات الأسماء والشخصيات الاعتبارية، خلفهم الآلاف في كل بلد عربي، لاسيما بلدان الخليج العربي، من أولئك الذين تطوعوا لقيادة جهد المنظمة وتمويل مشروعاتها.
الواجب الشرعي والأخلاقي يستوجب رد المعروف لذويه.
لقد كان لأهل الخليج العربي سهمهم الحاضر في عمل الخير عبر المنظمة.
ومع عظيم عطاء وإحسان أولئك جميعا، تفوقت بحق دولة قطر فكان لها النصيب الأكبر في ذلك، ابتداء من ثمانينيات القرن الماضي.
احتضنت قطر مكتب المنظمة برعاية كريمة سخية من أميرها وحكومتها.
وتبارى محسنوها في التنافس على الإنفاق في كل باب للمعروف.
أنفقوا الوقت والمال في سبيل تقديم يد العون ومسح دمعة الحزن والجوع والجهل عنهم .
من هؤلاء فضيلة الشيخ عبد الرحمن ال محمود الذي عاصر مسيرة المنظمة سنوات طويلة، وأنتخبه مجلس الأمناء في إجتماعه الأخير و بالإجماع رئيسا له خلفا للمرحوم المشير سوار الذهب.
ومن قطر أيضا الشيخ عبد الله الدباغ والأستاذ يوسف الدرويش والدكتور خليفة الكواري،
ومن الكويت الشيخ أبو علي عبد الله المطوع والشيخ محمد ناصر الحمضان والشيخ يوسف جاسم الحجي والشيخ عبد الرحمن السميط،
ومن الإمارات العربية المتحدة الشيخ حمد بن راشد آل مكتوم والشيخ يوسف الغرير والشيخ جمعة الماجد.
ومن المملكة العربية السعودية الدكتور عبد الله النصيف والشيخ يوسف جميل ود. ومانع الجهني والشيخ عبد الرحمن ال الشيخ.
ومن اليمن الشيخ هايل سعيد والشيخ عبد الله الأحمر والشيخ عبد المجيد الزنداني.
ومن البحرين الشيخ عيسى آل خليفة والشيخ عبد اللطيف آل محمود.
وخلف هؤلاء ألوف لا يسع المجال حتى لذكر بعضهم، والاشارة تكفي لجلاء المعنى.
وكيف نحصي أهل صدقات السر والعلن لعقود من الزمان، فما عملوا سيجدونه حاضرا بإذن الله عند من يكتب الحسنة ويضاعفها.
غير أني لا أبرح هذا الجزء من المقال قبل أن أشرك القارئ الكريم ما قد يثير الكثير من العجب والتأمل، وهو أن أهل اليمن ماقطعوا عطاءهم لأهل إفريقيا عبر منظمة الدعوة الإسلامية رغم الحرب والضراء الذي أحاط بهم!!!
الآن لندع أرقام التقارير الدورية الموثقة للمنظمة تجيب عن سؤال المقال ماذا كسبت إفريقيا من نشاط المنظمة فيها؟؟
حسب الاحصائيات والمعلومات الموثقة فقد استفاد من خدمات المنظمة خلال الأربعين عاما الماضية 171619520 فرد، من جملة 6511 مشروع متنوع، نفذت في 50 دولة.
2/في مجال السقيا والمياه نفذت المنظمة في إفريقيا ماجملته 11349 مشروع في 35 دولة تشمل 2416 دونكي و1796 بئر ارتوازي و2803 مضخة مياه يدوية و2340 بئر ضحلة و923 حفير و673 محطة مياه متوسطة و34 محطة مياه كبيرة و364 مبرد
3/في قطاع الصحة نفذت المنظمة خلال مسيرتها في إفريقيا 949 مشروع متنوع في 27 دولة تشمل 205 مركز صحي، و125 مركز لرعاية الأمومة والطفولة، و10 مستوصف، و14 مخيم عيون و60 صيدلية، و173 مشروع اصحاح بيئي، و153 قافلة صحية.
4/في قطاع التعليم شيدت المنظمة623 مدرسة كاملة، و133 فصل، و23 روضة، و21 مركز تعليم نسوي، و19 مركز حرفي، و7 مراكز لتعليم الكبار، و4 كليات جامعية متخصصة، وكفلت 86000 طالب، واستفاد 309800 طالب من مشروع طباعة الكتاب المدرسي، و130650 طالب من مشروع الاجلاس.
5/في قطاع الدعوة والإصلاح بلغت جملة المشروعات 15285 مشروع متنوع، نفذت في 44 دولة.
وفقت المنظمة في تشييد 3052 مسجد ودار عبادة ، وتشييد 1600خلوة ومدرسة تحفيظ القرآن الكريم، وتدريب 27000 داعية، وكفالة 4683 من الدعاة.
6/في قطاع الحد من الفقر أنجزت المنظمة خلال مسيرتها 14805 مشروع متنوع في 36 دولة.
منها 5673 أسر منتجة، و4000 تمويل أصغر، و1253 مشروع إنتاج زراعي وحيواني صغير، و682 مشروع لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، و204 توفير سكن ومأوى للفقراء، و160 برنامج متنوع للتدريب على إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة.
7/في قطاع الإطعام ومحاربة الجوع نفذت المنظمة 19200 مشروع متنوع في 43 دولة.
جملة المستفيدين منها خلال اربعين عاما 13483000 لمشروع السلة الغذائية للأسر، و630000 سلة شهر رمضان، و5983000 مشروع الأضاحي، و960000 سلة غذائية لطلاب الخلاوي.
و495000 سلة غذائية للطلاب والداخليات.
8/في قطاع الطوارئ والاغاثة العاجلة نفذت المنظمة خلال عمرها المبارك 2613 مشروع مخيم وقافلة إغاثة ومساعدات في 29 دولة، وقادت الجهود الإنسانية في عدد من الكوارث والمجاعات التي ضربت القارة الإفريقية.
شملت جهود الإطعام والإيواء والمياه والتعليم والصحة.
بجملة تمويل 146664213 مليون دولار أمريكي
(مائة ستة وأربعون مليون وستمائة أربعة وستون ألف ومئتان وثلاثة عشر دولار أمريكي.
نفذت مشروعات الإغاثة بالإضافة إلى الدول الأفريقية شملت البوسنة والهرسك واليمن و اللاجئين الأفغان في باكستان.
ذلكم هو كتاب المنظمة الأبيض في أفريقيا، فهل يملك بشر فيه قلب وانتماء لمعاني الإنسانية، مهما كان دينه ووطنه وجنسه وتوجهه السياسي والثقافي إلا أن يحترم هذا الجهد ويعجب به، حتى لو فاته شرف المساهمة فيه؟؟
وبالطبع الخطاب هنا ليس لذوي الغرض والمرض والحسد ومن طبع الله على قلوبهم ومن زاغت عنهم البصائر.
