وتحقق النيابة العامة المختصة ، عقب تصريحات السيد كونتونيس الأخيرة حول هذه القضية ، فيما إذا كانت هناك وقائع جديدة تبرر سحب القضية برمتها من الملف من أجل التحقيق في ارتكاب أو أفعال غير جنائية.
