القبارصة اليونانيون لم يتصرفوا بامانة قط
وفي نبرة حادة بشكل خاص ، أكد الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان أنه لا يعتقد أن اجتماعًا برعاية الأمم المتحدة لاستئناف المحادثات بشأن القضية القبرصية من شأنه أن يسفر عن نتائج.
يذكر أن الأمم المتحدة والقوى الضامنة الثلاث في قبرص فشلت يوم الخميس في تسوية خلافاتهم ، لاستئناف المحادثات حول القضية القبرصية . و الأمين العام للامم المتحدة انطونيو جوتيريس قال أنه سيكون هناك محادثات جديدة في شهرين أو ثلاثة أشهر.
“أنا لا أثق في القبارصة اليونانيين ولا أصدقهم. وقال أردوغان بعد صلاة الجمعة في اسطنبول “لم يتصرفوا بأمانة قط” .
وقال “لقد عاد الآن لمدة 2-3 أشهر ، لكن مرة أخرى ، لا أعتقد أنه سيتم تحقيق أي نتيجة لأنهم ليسوا صادقين”.
ومن الجدير بالذكر أنه خلال عمل البنتاغون ، قدمت تركيا والزعيم القبرصي التركي ، إرسين تتار ، أيضًا اقتراحًا مكتوبًا لحل الدولتين – لأول مرة منذ عام 1977 ، عندما بدأت الجهود لحل القضية القبرصية بعد الغزو التركي لميغونيسوس.
في المؤتمر الصحفي الذي عقد بعد “غرق السفينة” في جنيف ، أكد الثنائي ” تسافوسوغلو – تتار” الجمود في المؤتمر غير الرسمي الخماسي في جنيف ، وأصر على حل الدولتين و “نسف” العملية.
