أصيب أكثر من 19.5 مليون شخص بفيروس كورونا الجديد في الهند ، حيث تم تأكيد 392،488 حالة إصابة بفيروس SARS-CoV-2 في المختبر خلال الـ 24 ساعة الماضية ، وهو رقم أقل قليلاً من الرقم القياسي العالمي السابق عندما تم تشخيص ما يقرب من 402،000 حالة.
وخلال الفترة نفسها، 3689 مريضا توفي من COVID 19 مع ان عدد القتلى من وباء فيروس كورونا الجديد يصل إلى 215542 .
