عالم فيروسات يتحدث عن فئة من البشر غير معرضة لخطر الإصابة بكورونا
أكد رئيس مختبر تكاثر الخلايا بمعهد أنغيلغارد لعلم الأحياء الجزيئي، بيتر تشوماكوف، أن المصابين بنزلات البرد أو الالتهابات الفيروسية التنفسية الحادة لا يمكن أن يصابوا بفيروس كورونا.
وقال تشوماكوف، العضو في الأكاديمية الروسية للعلوم، في حديث لموقع “ura.ru” الروسي، إن الأشخاص المصابين بنزلات البرد والالتهابات الفيروسية التنفسية الحادة غير معرضين للإصابة بفيروس كورونا”.
لكنه أوضح مع ذلك أنه قريبا بعد تماثلهم للشفاء يمكن أن يصابوا بفيروس كورونا، مبينا أن المرض قد يسير بشكل أصعب نظرا لتداعيات الإصابة بالداء السابق.
وأوضح العالم الروسي أن الشخص المريض بفيروس لا يمكن يصاب بفيروس آخر لأن جسده يخلق الإنترفيرون، وهو بروتين مضاد للفيروسات يحمي من الإصابة الثانية.
