بسبب صورة.. طالبة مراهقة تمارس الجنس مع 7 شباب خوفًا من الفضيحة.. وبعدما اكتملت رغبتهم حلت الكارثة
علاقة عاطفية بدأت على الشات، وانتهت على الفراش بعد ممارسة الرذيلة وهتك عرض المجني عليها، لم يكتف المتهم بذلك فاستعان بصديقه وقام بتصويرها مقطع فيديو وهي شبه عارية وهددها بفضحها أمام والدها.
وقعت أحداث تلك القضية في منطقة 15 مايو حيث جاءت نص أقوال المجني عليها قائلة: «أنا اسمي رنا ع. مواليد 2003 طالبة ومقيمه في 15 مايو، تربطني علاقة عاطفية بـ المتهم الأول، مرت الأيام والليالي وبدأنا ندخل في علاقة جنسية على الشات تطورت حتى وصلت إلى أنني ذهبت له الشقة بعد أن استدرجني إلي منزله، وهددني بفضح علاقتي أمام والدي إن لم أرضخ لأوامره وبعد مرور دقائق داخل الغرفة وجدت شخصا آخر يدخل الشقة وقاموا بنزع ملابسي عنوة وتصويري مقطع فيديو شبه عارية، حسب صدى البلد.
مرت الأيام وتمت خطبتي على أحد الأشخاص بالمنطقة وبعد مرور ما يقرب من 30 يوما، تفاجأت بشخص يهددني بأنه سوف يرسل فيديو وأنا عارية إلى خطيبي وطلب مني مقابلته ومكثنا نتحدث وطلب مني أن أرسل له صور عارية وإلا سيرسل الفيديو لخطيبي وأرغمني على ذلك وبالفعل قمت بإرسال صورة له وأنا عارية وبعد مرور 6 أيام وصلت الصور إلي خطيبي وتم الانفصال بسبب الصور العارية.
وأوضحت المجني عليها أنها كانت خائفة من فضح أمرها أمام والدها وأن يقوم المتهمين بإرسال صورها عارية والمقطع الفيديو إلي والدها فكانت تنصاع إلى أوامرهم دون اعتراض.
وقالت المتهمة، إن الخوف كان يتملكها بسبب الفضيحة وحاولت كثيراً في إعادة الصور والفيديو ولكن فشلت، ومع مرور الوقت بدأت أدخل في علاقة جنسية مع 7 من الشباب في المنطقة بسبب انتشار الفيديو والصور الشبه العارية.
وكانت محكمة جنايات القاهرة قضت ببراءة شخصين في قضية اتهامهم بهتك عرض فتاة داخل شقة بمنطقة ١٥ مايو.
وأوضح أمر الإحالة أنه في ١١ مارس ٢٠٢٠، أن المتهمين قاما باستدراج فتاة لم تبلغ من العمر ١٨ عاما إلي شقة المتهم الأول وقاموا بهتك عرضها كرهاً عنها.
وأشار أمر الإحالة أن المتهم الثاني اعتدى على حرمة المجني عليها بان قام بتصويرها مقطع فيديو أثناء تواجدها برفقته داخل الشقة محل الاتهام فيما حاول حسر ملابسها عنها عنوة.
وأثبت تقرير الطب الشرعي، بعد الكشف على المجني عليها أنها بصحة عامة عادية وبفحص جسدها تبين أنه يخلو من أي اعتداء .
ودفع الدكتور أحمد عبد القادر محامي أحد المتهمين خلال انعقاد الجلسة بانتفاء أركان جريمة هتك العرض بالقوة لخلو الأوراق من أي دليل مادي يفيد وجود اكراه مادي ومعنوي مع تناقض أقوال المجني عليها.
