وقال صبري، في بيان صحفي، إن مغني الراب، أقام حفلا بمركز “المنارة أرينا” بالقاهرة الجديدة، مساء الجمعة الماضي، وتناول في الحفل ابتهالا دينيا للمبتهل الديني سيد النقشبندى، الذي يحمل العديد من المعاني الروحية والقيم السامية لدى قلوب المسلمين، والمصريين خاصة، واستهان بهذا الدعاء بكل ابتذال وتبجح وأفرغه من محتواه الديني، وأورده على الموسيقى الصاخبة، وغير كلام المهرجان وقال به: “مروان إني ببابك” بدلا من “مولاي إني ببابك”.
وأضاف سمير قائلا إن مروان أحط من شأن هذا الابتهال في حفل للرقص والغناء، وأصبحت الابتهالات الدينية وسيلة للتهكم وأداء تلك الابتهالات على تلك الموسيقى بكل تهكم وسخرية، مما يكون معه المبلغ ضده، قد ارتكب الفعل الإجرامي المعاقب عليه قانونا.
واختتم صبري بلاغه ملتمسا التحقيق في بلاغه وإحالة المبلغ ضده إلى المحاكمة الجنائية العاجلة.
