يتم إصدار البطاقة الخاصة من قبل الدوائر المختصة في بلدية أثينا. هذه السيارات لخروجها من الحلبة ودخولها إليها ، ستتحرك فقط داخل منطقة محددة مسبقًا من الحلبة ، اعتمادًا على مكان إقامة حاملها ، باستخدام أقصر طريق من وإلى مقر إقامة المالك.
