مصر.. غرامة بآلاف الجنيهات بسبب مسلسل “أبو عمر المصري”
أعلن المحامي مالك عدلي عن حصوله على حكم قضائي ضد إحدى شركات الإنتاج الفني بسبب مسلسل “أبو عمر المصري”.
وكتب المحامي مالك عدلي على صفحته على مواقع التواصل فيسبوك: “حصلت اليوم على حكم من محكمة القاهرة الاقتصادية لصالح موكلنا السفير والروائي عز الدين شكري فشير ضد شركة تي فيجن للإنتاج الفني، حيث قضت المحكمة بإلزام الشركة المذكورة بأداء مبلغ 600 ألف جنيه على سبيل التعويض عن الأضرار المادية والأدبية التي لحقت بموكلنا جراء امتناع الشركة المذكورة عن تنفيذ حكم سابق”.
وأوضح عدلي أنه حصل على حكم سابق من محكمة القاهرة الاقتصادية بمنع عرض مسلسل أبو عمر المصري، إلا بعد إضافة اسم مؤلفه إلى تترات العمل الفني، حيث كانت الشركة المنتجة قد أسقطت اسم المؤلف من تترات العمل الفني وإعلاناته الترويجية عمدًا بالمخالفة للعقد المبرم بينهما ولقانون حقوق الملكية الفكرية، ثم فوجئنا بقيام الشركة المذكورة ببيع مسلسل أبو عمر المصري لمنصات نتفليكس وشاهد، دون الالتزام بمقتضى الحكم الصادر بإلزامهم بذكر اسم مؤلف العمل الفني على تتراته، وعليه قمنا برفع دعوى قضائية انتهت بصدور الحكم المذكور.
و”أبو عمر المصري” هو مسلسل مصري إنتاج 2018 بطولة أحمد عز وأحمد العوضي، وأروى جودة، ومحمد جمعة، ومحمود حجازي، وأمل بوشوشة، وصبري فواز، وعارفة عبد الرسول، ومحمد الشرنوبي، ومنذر رياحنة، وفتحي عبد الوهاب، وعباس أبو الحسن، ومحمد علي رزق، ونادية كوندة، وإيمان العاصي، وأحمد بدير، ومحمد سلام، وهشام قدري، ومحمود متولي، وأشرف زكي، وسناء شافع.
