أكد المسؤولون يوم الثلاثاء أنه سيتم إعادة فتح المدارس اليونانية في 10 يناير ، كما هو مخطط ، مع زيادة اختبارات Covid-19.
جاء هذا الإعلان خلال إحاطة إعلامية من قبل وزيرة التعليم نيكي كيراموس ، ووزير الصحة ثانوس بليفريس ، والبروفيسور فانا بابايفانجيلو ، عضو لجنة الخبراء بوزارة الصحة.
سيُطلب من الطلاب إجراء ثلاثة اختبارات ذاتية في الأسبوع الأول من المدرسة بعد العطلة الشتوية. بعد ذلك ، سيقوم التلاميذ (بغض النظر عن حالة التطعيم الخاصة بهم) بإجراء اختبار مرتين في الأسبوع.
في حالة اكتشاف إصابة تلميذ بفيروس Covid-19 ، فسيتعين على جميع الطلاب والمعلمين الخضوع للاختبار لمدة خمسة أيام قادمة (اختباران سريعان وثلاثة اختبارات ذاتية).
سجلت اليونان ، الثلاثاء ، رقما قياسيا جديدا يوميا لإصابات كوفيد -19 ، حيث سجلت 50126 حالة إصابة.
تم تسجيل الرقم القياسي السابق البالغ 40560 حالة في 31 ديسمبر.
أعلن المسؤولون عن 61 حالة وفاة مرتبطة بكوفيد.
